Thanks, Michael! If you're referring to the light halo's arouund the horizon and the trees...it was there in the original shot, and not caused by sharpening...though I'm not sure how to rid myself of it!

This is a beautiful sunset...good instinct to darken the forground, it adds a very nice profile but doesnt' distract from the subject. My only critism of this photo would be that it looks a tad oversharpened. I'm not sure what you are using in post but I think you should use a little less sharpening in the future. Thanks for sharing and thank you for your comment on my photo "Lost...".
