Wow Joanna . . . my wife has this exact same cactus. It used to be small but now it's about 10 feet tall and 10 or 15 feet around. Grows these flowers too. Right next to my driveway. And the spikes are sharp. If I'm not mistaken . . . this cactus can reach out and try to slap people walking by (mine does me)!! LoL!!

A beautiful trio of blooms with gorgeous colour tones that I see are protected by some very sharp looking spikes my dear Joanna. I love that intense colour that seems to glow from the front two flowers' centres. Wonderful details as well in this very delightful floral composition sweetie.
