Great action shot Pete! I love the blur and composition, althou I agree with James about the white being a tad blown out.. you gotta stop using your flash all the time!!? Cheers ;O)

Nice motion capture, but it might be a bit too much exposure. You used a fill flash? That's probably the culprit. Can you pull your flash (some cameras will have a setting to pull flash same as one might pull the exposure)?
The background came out pretty good except that spot right above his head where the exposure went to white. I do a lot of motion imagery and really appreciate the blur of this background.
