Good stuff here George!! Very pleasant image and spot-on exposure! The composition with the three bands . . . land, sea and air are nicely accented by the lifeguard tower. The slow shutter speed has done wonders for giving you the soothing surface in the water and the wonderful exposure and lighting. Your 100 ISO has prevented the color noise often associated with these night images that are long exposures and the colors are rich and perfectly saturated, accenting the cool background with the warm colors of the tower. Very good work here!

Such an intriguing and very surreal image...The lighting is quite unique but it definitely gives the image that surreal quality...It looks like an image from a story...A wonderful composition!! Kudos!!!

Thanks for your comments Annemette.
Yeah I do liken the resemblance to a lunar moon landing.
There is another photo I uploaded prior to this called u.f.o.. Have a look at that one and I'm sure you'll admire.

Yes, the moonlight is shinning on the water on the left side of the photo. It was such a bright night last night. As soon as I saw the moonlight I was out as it helps with getting that extra detail out of the shadows.

Great shot! The watchhouse looks like a building from outer space. Special mood, textures and light and great colours. Best wishes, Annemette

Christopher,
All done in one shot on a 18-70mm. Cropped to get the panotramic perspective. A slight bit of curves and nothing else.
Glad you liked.
