Thanks for the visit, Eb! Yes, the streets are most of the time this clean. It is no wonder for us here, in Japan, I believe we take it for granted. There are also great efforts made to MAKE people keep their neighbourhoods clean.

I like the colourful splash of the watermelons which seem to enhance the other red accents in this photo. The enjoyment of the children is obvious. YT, the street is so cleanly washed! There are not many places in the world one could experience that!

Excellent shot of these kids and the watermelon, Yoshiyuki! The colours seem to go together perfectly, with the fruit colour matching the character on their shirts.
