You have a super portfolio Suvomoy, this my favorite, very powerfull image, the fire lets us see into this childs life, I would love to see the original. I can't comment further I don't have the experience.I will however watch and learn.

They are nomads in Himachal Himalaya, India.In that sense they can not be called homeless really.The black hands are probably because of sustained cold.We had lighted up the fire near our camp, while in a monthlong trek in this region.We crossed three passes, Sara Umga, then Kugti and then Kalhani...ultimately landing back in Manali last year.

hmmm... this picture has quite an impact - the sad eyes and the holding hands... very nice. I am keep coming back to this image. However, the title makes me nervous. The blacken hands suggest that they work there in the fire at bg... assuming that they might be living there...
Or, maybe, i m analyzing too much... anyhow, this is a great picture.

I'm touched by the look Suvomoy... the fire in the back, makes even warmer... great expression... and drama in the picture... My tiny nit, a little more sharpness, yet maintain the same soft look!

A little dark but then I guess that suits the mood of the image, a very haunting look in the little girls eyes, a well composed image with alot of impact.
