About The pump house for the well is barely in one piece...missing one entire side of it's roofing, and falling apart. I don't beleive it will make it thru this coming winter... This is it people, the last summer pump house.

Hello Paulo , Thank You for looking at my images... this is a broken well house where our water comes from to use in the house...
It is supposed to protect the pump...but I think it needs some repair before winter to keep working !! I hope I have answered your question ..but if not try me again please...

Thank You dear Paulo,
Michele~

I inside liked the creativity of the photo, relating the summer with details of the old house. It would be this same?

Thank You Bill, and You sound like the right agent !!! BTW how about the Bait Shop on the Siletz river since it really is 4-sale and that would be close to the asking price...LOL !

Thank you for your encouraing comments!

$500,000 fixer-upper.

Well maybe in the right location, could happen. I mean it is "the pump house". I like the cache. Just needs a little tender loving care --- and maybe a good real estate agent.

Nice textures. Bill

Well steping on it wouldn't hurt it really it's very strong but removing it out of the way would definitely make a better picture !! I knew the level part was a problem... and I admit now I need to get a program to help me because 'nothing here is level ' and this includes me now !!! Ha !
Thank You Marlyce, I know it would make a major improvement... see how I've slacked off since you've been gone... shameful huh?

Happy relaxing Days to You

Thank You Robert.....it is the last summer for this old building I just know it... Our winters are quite wild here and it will be blown all over the hills in short time ..ha! I am glad you like it and made time to comment.

Very interesting shot. I would recommend not "stepping" on the fern, but instead pull it back out of the way of the shot (some people get up set with stepping on plants--personally, I don't like these ferns), also try to make the shot more level. It is sad the building will not be there for long as it has lots of character!
