Oh Luke - How cute is this! I'm SO glad I read some of the comments before I responded since I made EXACTLY the same cropped example she did!! So I checked it with the B&W and I loved it! You almost can't go wrong with this as a subject!! :)

I would suggest what "rebecca claassen" already suggested, a tighter crop and just a touch more range. I think I'd go even closer in. I might suggest a black and white conversion, as well.

What a cutie! Nice clear shot, I would like to see it cropped harder on the left so that she is not in the centre of the frame and is looking toward a bit of negative space. Also there is a spot on her her forhead and a line near her hair that i find a little distracting on an otherwise perfect complection, maybe you could remove those. But she certainly is gorgeous, love the little soft curls.
