Here is something I never thoughtI'd be saying, but I think I prefer the b&W version. For me sunsets are about the colour, but your B&W one of this has such a gentle and calming mood, that it appeals to me.

This is very beautiful and has so much potential. I had a close look at it in PS and noticed you have totally lost all information in the foreground shore. This is a problem as that large area of black really steals the thunder from the sky. Next time try shooting with more light on the scene and then darkening the sky and water to how you want....this will keep detail right through the image.
