How did I miss this beauty? Either this is a great photoshop job or this castle is right near the surf. Those are beach pebbles, aren't they?

An other great shot Kevin. I like your work. Landscapes with lots of drama and good use of lenses. Love that wide angle.

Totally Blown Away by this shot! Could you let me know how you got this shot and how you managed such an amazing DOF and such amazing tones. Which lens and settings did you use. Hope it's not asking toooo much lol.
Great portfolio by the way.

Mmmmm, Very nice. Lovely super-wide angle shot (my favourites), super depth of field--everything sharp from nearby pebbles to distant clouds. (The clouds, I think I recognise. If I am not mistaken they have livened up a few other pictures. But perhaps they were just similar...) And the dark sky is very dramatic. A lovely set of textures, shapes and tones. Um. Er. Wow!

Oh, nice work, Kevin! I love the crazy clouds and horizon! If I have to nit-pic, it would be the black area on the left and the top of the rocks brushed out there. This dark area balances out the dark sky on the right, but a little detail there - might - not distract from other subjects in the shot. Kind regards, Kes

Kevin, Very beautiful image. A creative viewing angle. I really like it! It breaks the rule of thirds but it still works. Great portfolio too!
The tonal range of the rocks somehow doesn't match the rest of the image. Probably reflection off of wet rocks? Isolating the levels for the rocks they appear to not have any information greater than 200. If you bring in their blue and green to 200 and then shift the midtones to the right it may match better. Personal preference somewhat I guess.
Great work! Robin

Very nice point of view, like the rocks on the foreground, nice sharp and shiny. Good composition. The noise fits perfectly. Regards, Richard
