Great shot of the lily, but I find that the composition to be to central and that if you cropped the right hand side somewhat it would be a more dynamic image in totality. Your DOF works well but because of the space on the right hand side, my eye has a tendency to wander to that side and you lose your visual impact. I think that with this style of image you want to really hold the viewers eye in the foreground.
