Lovely range of tones in the trees in this moody shot Mark, they do tell of peace & tranquility. However the high contrast in the stones seems to contradict this and puts some interesting tension into the shot. I like it, well done.

The title made me think of a fairy tale I grew up on..'The King of the Golden River', except the stones would have to be in a river.:) A rather mystical photo, Mark!
