There is definately a sense of peace and tranquility in your gentle shot. The water and sky blend together with a dreamy type feeling. I think this could be improved by not having the loon so centered from top to bottom. Also, moving him more to the right side would give him room to float through your picture and add suggested motion. It is a pretty scene. I do hope you don't mind my making the suggestion.
