About This is another culled from my old film collection (boxes and boxes). Can't tell you much because I don't keep notes on that stuff.

I'd love to hear what you have to say so please leave me your comments, questions, and criticisms.

Love the DoF, the rich colors and the inverted s-curve the birds make as well as the diagonals of the branches. Very nice capture, James. ~ Warmest regards, Rocky

Doyle - I know what you mean. This came strait from the camera (or rather strait from the original print). I'm not so big on centered subjects. I guess I was just being lazy not working it a bit. Thanks. See you.

Nicely done James . . . but (IMO) I think the shot could have been even more dynamic with a bolder, more drastic crop. something to pull the birds down and right in the composition so they're not so centalized.

Regards,
Doyle I <~~~~~

Alicia - Convengo: es un espléndido descubrimiento. Un tiro con muy suerte. La suerte es muy amable. Gracias.

Michelle - Thank you. This was a pretty lucky shot. So many are. I mean, two birds hanging out with no branches in the way (or at least no in the way in an important way). I especially like the blur of the back bird (in motion).

Fancy - Thanks. I like the way the focus takes you to the birds and then wanders off.

It's so fun to get a bird so candid. The birds are not all in focus but they don't need to be. Great shot as usual James.
My sister has a good one too of birds in her yard:
