No, they are not stupid. People say horses are dumb, but that was not my experience. I'm sure we could exchange many stories of our 'horsey' adventures.;)

Hi Renato!

Indeed, I love animals dearly!
I do not personally "know" the Youngster. But she was obviously not disturbed by my presence :) I think she was too busy watching her mother... I will post a demonstration of the plowing in which the mother of this youngester was harnessed. One day... I will :)

Thank you for your kind comments, my friend!
Aniko :)

Oh Shirley!

Sounds like my dearly departed part arab! He thought he was a person too. We used to play chasey around the paddocks and often it startled friends who didn't undertand "we was just funnin'". He was such a dear. Flea bitten grey. Around 14.1 hh.

My thoroughbred mare (a bay of around 15.2 hh, also now departed) used to remain happily laying down and allowed me to rest my head on her (lay down on her in fact...) and hand feed her. No one else could even "catch" her... hehehe...

Animals are not stupid! :)

Heeeeiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!

I see that you and the animals have a special kind of friendship. Like the previous shot from Destiny. She truly was a model, and now our Youngster friend stops to your shot. Please take a look on his expression. I can see a smile. Don't you?

Just kidding! hahaha

Beautiful portrait with great b&w tones and great blur aspect on the background.
Well done!

Best wishes,
Renato

Yes, I also love animals. I had several different horses in the years between 11 and 16, when I would ride almost every day. My favorite was a little Welsh/Morgan who looked like a big horse on short legs...he was such dear. I rode him bareback everywhere! He thought he was a person, and wanted to come into the house.:)

Oh, so do I, Shirley!

I used to have a part arab and a registered thoroughbred... No more, sadly... but I love horses a lot! :) In fact, I love animals... they are good "people"...
