Wow, this is a really compressed jpeg, Mark.
There's a lot of artifacting in this. You may want to create a jpeg with lighter compression and try again.

Craig, yeah I have to agree. I darkened it a bit because the whole thing was just way too bright/high key plus it actually was an outtake that I thought I could fix. I use a mac G4 with a CTR (or CRT) to upload, crop, and PS (when I do) and then when I see it on my G4 notebook LCD everything looks different. You make a good point. Thanks, Mark

I rarely make comments in the negative but this one just does not do it for me. I hope you will not take offense. The overall pose is typical glamour but the effect does not enhance the result; I think the blurring, grain and other effects detract from the picture. I looked at your other posted pictures and find them outstanding, well done and noteworthy. This one.... not. Also do not get much impression of wet.
