There is a lot to like about this photograph. It could use some color work to liven things up a bit, and the birds (I think they are birds) didn't come out too well (maybe better in focus). The perspective is unusual and really works well. I also really like the lamp light and the orange light in the tower.

Osman,

Very nice composition. the blue tone is very moody and gives it a nice touch along with the border of the photo.
nice lines as well as the two little "towers" together with one of the lamps forms a triangle.
