I like both of the photos you've shown of this scene but I do like this one better. The touch of the person with the pink umbrella really takes this one over the top of the other. I also like the landscape mode over the portrait mode of the other.
But, like I said, I like both.

Nice comp using the railings and the coloured tiles,both of which draw our eyes into the frame and onto the human fig.The fig is a bit indistinct and the bright sky is distracting imo.
