About This guy has so many scars and yet was sleeping so peacefully. Not a care in the world. I could just crawl up next to him and take a nap---Doyle told me it was not allowed.

Hey Jessie . . .
Doyle here . . . Marnie has been very busy of late -- just so you know . . . she has no issue with this and was likely just curious . . . if not her . . . I have used it from time to time as well . . . you'll note she has many unanswered comments . . . and little time to answer them . . . though she will. Just didn't want you to feel uneasy while awaiting a response! ;)

Regards,
Doyle I <~~~~~

Thank you Mary. I do have to admit that Doyle talked me into using the sepia----don't tell him I said that.

Thank you Juan. I don't think anything was waking this one up, at least not until it was hungry.

Are you saying "I told you so"?, so not in your character----my mistake, yes it is.

Thank you Jan. There were a few out there making some noise. They didn't really have a smell, but I think that was due to the fact that we had a very nice breeze.

Love this shot of the resting fellow. They are noisey and smelly but you have to give them their due. Great shot! Surprised you could get that close, even if your lens was cranked up to 200mm.

A beautifully composed wildlife study Marlyce (or Marnie?) with excellent tones and an optimum exposure for revealing the wounds inflicted on this poor denizen of the seas. The clarity of detail is truely outstanding and I love the boldness of your crop. Well done to you sweetie for this first class composition. My very best wishes to you as always.....Ray
