Hi! The light is very good. I see two messages in this image, first, the pollution of the industrial park far away and second the tranquility of the see at sunset. I would focus the image only on one message. Maybe a long exposure for the see to look still, and smoke to be the only moving thing in the picture.

Very nice warm tones for this scape photo. Solid silhouettes in the distance and good distinct contrast in textures between the smooth skies and rippled water in the foreground. Nice work.
