Those wonderful eyes peeking through the fringed curtain... The bone structure and *pouty* mouth all make for an interesting, thoughtful glimpse of a clever lady...

I adore this with a passion, I think it does show the real ani, and she looks possibly more beatiful in this than even in the 'made up' (makeup) shots. She does not look 'old ugly or messy' as I believe ani said above, in my opinion, she looks real :it shows her heart and the life and soul of her being , especially without the makeup: i see her wisdom, it eminates in this photo! I also feel her stance and the reckless 'messy' hair an attest to the freedom i know she loves. Kudus to you Colin for this 'real' look at the woman behind the camera. Love Jacq.

Thanks for the fun shots, Colin! And also for respecting me and NOT posting others I am even less "glam" in... lol!
Within a family of actors, models and musicians I am but one... And although I am no longer young, I am willing to "play" and not "hide" behind makeup all of the time. I rarely wear makeup anyway these days as you know. As for my hair!!! OMG!!! I love this shot for showing the messy state it is often in when I wake up! (But I do wish it would grow.... lol!!!)
Forgive my many typos. My eyes are a bot sore today and I can't see properly... (old age.. lol)

Please look at my reply to Dav Arnold's comment on this image.
And remember at the time of this shoot... (a couple of days ago), I was probably just about to open my mouth to talk cos you know I never shut up... lol... and my natural lip state is less often a smile than what appears to more more of a pout. You know that's "me"...
I actually thank you for this shot, Colin. No makeup as you are aware was frowned upon from such an early age by my mother. Unruly hair??? Tsk! Tsk! I wasn't even allowed to the horse paddoeck without "looking like a lady".... hmmm... have often qustioned that reasonaing.My horses were not afraid of the fact I had no nail polish on or that a hair was out of place.... ROFL!
I'm old and ugly enough by now to be HONEST!!! Thanks mate. I actually enjoyed this no makep wickedly bad hair shoot. It's REAL!

Since having my hair cut, Dave, this is about how unruly it gets. (Waiting for it to grow out is time consuming, but it had become very very ratty at the ends after all the hair colour I had in it and was breaking off etc etc. So I just asked my hair dresser to keep on cutting it!!!)
Colin is right. He doesn't publish a shot I don't want in. He has miles more respect for me than that. Also, I tire of people thinking I am always sweetly madeup and "fake" looking. This is me... just another face of me, and with crazy hair. It doesn't alter my character. "I yams what I yams"...
I like the shot, Colin, and also the other one with me wearing glasses and a hat (again a natural playful thing for me to do as you know), overplaying it, and me giving you a hard time by nearly posking my tongue out at you. :)
It feels good to play act again. If people judge me on that, and not see into the heart of who I am, (easily seen through the photos I make and post, and also those of of me within this album maybe...) then that is no one's responsibility other than the viewers. People are often hasty to "judge". I just like being me even on bad hair and no makeup days! :) I am not a glamour girl. I no longer have to be a model and look "pristine".I have acted in roles that have required me to look even less "seet" than this,Dave!!! However, this is not really acting. This is a split second in time capture of me as a real person.
I'm not always sweet looking Dave~!!! Don't mean to disappoint you, and am getting too old to worry about makeup and bad hair and stuff. :)
