An absolutely stunning floral study sweet Robin and go for it, keep on bothering them for I love seeing a flower with attitude:) :) The background buzz from your superb dof is a perfect canvas for the goegeous colours to this bloom. The pof is spot on and the composure and bold crop are just superb. Well done to you sweetie.
Yes, I am in 'e' contact with our sweet Mary; She is such a lovely person; when the clock turned midnight last night she sent me birthday greetings for me to read this morning. She has all that worry on her mind just now my dear Robin and yet still remembers that. She is just so thoughtful of others. Bless her.

Hey Bek...the "flip" happened while the brat was still on the plant....this one, you may have a point...I picked it and discovered the tongue when I turned it around...sassy little thing!

Robin, so happy that the glitch got sorted or I might have missed this! I have a quetion.....do you pick these flowers, as in remove them from there origins? This could be the cause of your discipline problem here. These guys are obviously upset that you have destined them to a life of wilted waste, and thus are not your biggest fans.:)
A lovely shot of this cheeky pet, the soft feel and then strong colour on his tongue are great, your light and comp fantastic.

Oh my gosh Robin . . . you should run low on the pool of available plant gestures very soon . . . but you got me on this one . . . I wish I had thought of it before you!!! How cool! Wonderful warm colors and the inside glow on the framing of this elegant presentation just makes the misbehaving floral series seem so elegant . . . something like a child at his school photo might be expected to display because of trouble sitting still! Once again, a superb DOF to accent the 'offending appendage' and yet suggest the true beauty beyond. Well done, my friend!
