Class Project: Hi-Key/Low-Key Evoking a Mood.
Here's one of the last shots I took in this session. It was about 7 PM and the Sun had gone down already but the courtyard lights lit up the statue. I was experimenting with using my onboard flash with a long exposure and this created some very extreme contrast (it almost looks like a negative because of the up-lighting). I then converted it to B&W and burned the background to isolate the statue.

This is great too Rocky, I really like your explanations. You deserve an A for the amount of time and work you put into this. I like the high contrast, you got some nice depth, and good details, and it's wonderful against the black background, very good PS skills!! I also like the angle and the way he appears to be coming into the frame...well done dear friend...big hugs..:) Lin
