wayne, your infrared images are awesome.. i just gave in to in digital infrared worl, and have lodes!! of film laft. you can scan your negs and be successful. this shot is great. i love the grain in it, and i think the sky is fine. burning it anymore woud have made it out of balance. to me anyway. the only thing that keeps catching my eye, is the 22 on the vine... i would have lost that in the final print. great work.. priscilla

OH OK so u scanned the negs not the prints... yeah well personally I dont reckon PS can handle IR I reckon paper's the way to go. If u scanned the prints then as I said earlier I reckon they're worth another go cos there's plenty of grunt in the shots

Thanks Roger, I'm never too sure how to handle the distibution of tones with IR. The last few were basically straight from the scanner, I'll have a play around with some of them.

The sky is ok but I reckon everyting else needs a tad of a burn round 5-6 secs on Ilford MGIV RC Portfolio pps
