Michelle-- I like #1 and #2 equally and not too partial to #3.
I think it is the fern-like look at the top of #2 and the more detailed foreground foliage in #1 that set them both off with the overall eerie effect as well. In any event, the entire series is fresh and I like the composition and high contrast treatment.
--Best to you, Jan

Oh Robert this image won't en-large and so it's very hard to see in a smalll form... It looks maybe like you are close to the trunk of the tree shooting straight up ? It does look very green and lush ..this will be an interesting series... I am sorry I can't view it properly yet, and it is almost 11am now ..I am getting ready for work..usually work by 11 am but today is noon... gotta go for now .I will look forward to checking out your personal site.. I do like your work very much Robert. I too need friends with all different points of view to learn from...
Hugs, & Cheers Robert !

Thanks Matin...but there was 'no other side' to take a shot at this one.... I am not kidding either... I was clibing the jungle mountains here and just get one point of view..take it or leave it..I took it and tried to play with it ... Thanks for your comment and ideas.

Mich,

Wonderful eye my friend. Although I would pull the greens, yellows and reds all the way out. Then adjust the contrast really hard and, then invert it.

Heck it's already blown out, so I'll have some fun. The reason it is so blown out is you should have shot it from the other side with the sun to your back. Having the sun to your face in such a shadowed area will blow it out everytime... ;)

Let me play with it and I'll post it at the bottom?

Well seen sweetie,

Marty
