About	This is a white footed bushy taled woodrat. I had a pair of them at my cabin. You could hear them jumping around and they did get inside. I put out a live trap and caught both of them. They might look like like a mouse but they are quite large and look more like a giant mouse with large ears.

Darn cute, Ernie, although maybe you saw it differently when they got in the cabin. The woodrat looks like he stopped to take the time to do a formal pose for you with his paws drapped over the wood. Good capture.

I was attracted to the cuteness of the thumbnail. I am hoping that once you caught them you let them go. I am assuming they went on to live a long and eventful life.
The matching tones of this image gives the impression that this animal is happy in his own environment. The dof if wide enough to give wonderful detail for us to inspect. I love the tail wrapped around the bottom branch, but it is those cute hands that like most. CC
