You are not wrong there- "playing" my favourite activity! This is wonderful Annemette. A beautiful idea and creation. The colours so strong. And I will take it as letting the spirits fly high as you say- sounds good to me!

It really has some kind of Stanley Kubrick intellectual symbolism effect on me. And the more I look at it, the more I realize it's message to the children of the sun.
Thank you very much for the informations about how you made that.
So stardust was indeed involved after all? :-)
Best wishes,
Nick

Too much is going on on this image, and I assume that it is because of it's very few elements.
The birds seem to be made of light, as they fly on their way. Somehow they don't seem to care about the presence of the spectator and this gives the whole image a rather strange quality in its suggestive power.
They seem to be flying away from an explosion, or even being born out of the fire and travelling to the dark empty space, having a mission to fulfill.
I just have to make the connection to the stardust of the suns, that at the end created all life, including us humans, and sent it to conquer the depths of the universe. Like a message of light in the darkness; which undoubtfully already reached Mary.
Best wishes,
Nick
