LOL Paul!!!
Thank you.
Sadly, this is private property and was shot from outside the fenceline so as not to trespass... I cannot locate the owner, therefore have no permission to make this "my" new window...
Don't worry... I will seek another out! :)
Warmest Wishes to you Paul, Ani :)

Nice composition but the thing I like best about it is that you may just well have found a new window to work now that your other wonderful swamp house is out!!!! hehe I think I tend to agree with David on the sepia virsion. Well done dear!

Thank you Dave! You're sweet. I will have a look soon, if it is posted here... lol... I'm really happy you like this image by the way. It means a lot to me coming from the master of photographing "old buildings".
Hugs to you, Ani :)

This straight up shot was actually in your honour, Dave. Remember when I first starting looking at your straight up colour images and loved them because they still had "presence" and high impact... I thought: "I can't do that..." and then told you I would... so here it is :) And yes, I have a weird eye. I like to shoot odd parts of things... there was very little cropping involved from the time I scanned this print to what you see here. I nipped off a bit of sky is all... Now Dave... don't you ever go doing anything on my behalf... your photographs are magnificent... shoot at will and with your clever eye.
Best, Ani

Noice shed Ani, bit drafty without the glass, nothing an extra newspaper wouldn't fix tho'. I agree with Dave, the colour version with the blue sky and green brambles is my fave! Great comp. hugs, B xx

Okay, so the sepia does have its own merits but I still like the color version. What I will do, though, is take a lesson from you. I tend to want to show the whole building (unless I am focusing just on a window or door).
So I may just start doing a bit o' cropping on your behalf.
Best, Dave

Yeah, a straight up photo!! Girl, that green limb sure does do it for this, IMHO. I just think you'd lose that in a sepia version. It's that little extra. (I'll confess, I haven't yet looked at the sepia but I will)
Best, Dave
