if you got that, you'll have a great time here.
not saying you need to be fully loaded, a little extra will bring better cuisine to the table as opposed to the questionable everyday Australian digest.
many people have this misconception that Australia is behind the times, when in fact we travel parallel with the rest of the modern world.
in other words, the "Crocodile Dundee" way of life accounts for about 5% of the population.

if u did visit, you would have an awesome time, Melbourne in particular is clean fresh and fun, especially true if u have the splash.
