Nice colors, black n red. F22 is too much small aperture, go down to f 2.8 n keep iso 100, for crisp shot, and compostion vertical might be better idea and goin a bit closer to the subject avoidin might make it more interesting.
I think the best improvement you could make would be to increase your saturation. The colors could be much more vibrant. Turn your ISO all the way down, add a polarizing filter, and set your aperture as small as you can get it (largest number). This will increase the color available to your final product. I think the composition is quite good and the subject is, well, you can't go wrong with wine.
