I really like the colors and details in this picture.
But the picture is harmonious to the extent it makes me want to twist something in it. I think it's due to the static centered alignment of the composition the most.
The place looks very harmonious itself. A minor twist in the picture wouldn't ruin that harmony.

Congrats on the Pod for this one!
I have to admit that I didn't even notice the red in the corner on the original, when I first commented on it. To tell you the truth, IMO it doesn't really make that much difference.
I guess removing the red just put it right over the edge for an award!!

Very nice autumn scene, Allen! The birds really add interest to the scene, too. I think I might have offset the mill building a little to the right for a stronger composition. You've taken advantage of beautiful lighting here, too.
