A nice capture, Monica. The colors are quite dramatic. I agree somewhat with Gasper. Foreground information detracts a bit from the message of the steam clouds. I've attached a crop that I think makes the photo more powerful.

Great image! Horizon is perfect. The only thing I don't like is that lower part should have no information. It should be totally black. And the image title isn't appropriate...try to think something more powerful.

I love the stark contrast! Practically a low-key. The clever smoke crosses diagonally the composition and links the red natural clouds in the sky with the red innatural heavy clous over the chimneys. Good work for me, Monika.

nMK, it's truly interesting for the lighting and it's great scene for its artistic expression but doesn't like this to be very environmental friendly.
However I'm not going to judge the impact of those fumes on us but I think the plant is producing some important goods we need anyway. Hard and controversial on nature but ....
