Hi there...my UF email isn't working properly and I just saw this. The lake is called "Watson Lake" and takes just a few minutes to get to from the heart of Prescott. I hope you get there...beautiful place!

Rob, if you don't mind, can you tell me the name and location of this lake near prescott? Is this Willow creek? I live in Phoenix, AZ. Planning to visit prescott over the weekend.
TIA Dev

Hi Rob, Haven't commented on any of your images since you Antalope Canyon photos. I see I missed a lot of unbelieveable views. To make sure I don't miss any more I'm adding you to my friends list..if that's OK? Now this image is simply one of the best shots I've ever seen of this area. The color is fantastic and you really did yourself proud. Bill

I think it's great! Very nicely done, Rob. The compositon is great, and the details in the rocks-- well, they rock ;) Very nice play of light, and the colors are nice and deep and rich. A favorite.

Beautiful Rob! The colors are incredible! I haven't seen much water when I'm in Tucson but of course I'm usually pretty busy with Runie, my 6 year old grandson. Hope you and your family have a wonderful Thanksgiving! Take care my friend! Darlene

Wow...that is some blue! It's hard when you're a photographer, and others who are not don't understand the time it takes to capture all this beauty.:)

Sometimes we take for granted what nature has given us. I've seen the same thing happen at Lake Powell with their water level there.
Glad you spent the extra time to enjoy the beauty of the land around you. It's a place I would find hard to leave too.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.

Thanks Lisa!! :) I hope so too; it was the first time I'd seen it. Sam & Kim took me there with my Mom & Dad; we had a great time...although I got a little carried away with the time and they were all a bit annoyed at me...LOL! :)

The water level sure has dropped in this area.
It's beautiful landscape. Hopefully it will be around for many years to come for everyone to enjoy it's beauty. Colors are amazing.
