It does ressemble OZ from this view, just like driving into NYC. Nice effect on the lights and moving cars.

Hi Petal,
I think the almost purple sky, reflecting the urban lights in the clouds adds to this photo. The composition leans a bit towards the left, though - there's more negative space on the right than necessary, IMO. Also, the buildings seem to converge, which, over this distance, seems a bit uynnatural. Last - there seems to be a slight counter clocwise tilt in this photo.
Never the less a very well exposed shot, well caputed! I always like this type of nocturnal cityscapes, and this is no exception.
