Nice effect - I've been working on something similar recently. How long was the shutter open? You've done well to avoid a burnt out sky and retain a bit of colour at top right but still got that misty feeling in the water.

oh so spooky - a wonderful long exposure, wow! I would have got down just a little lower so the horizon line was visable :)
