About Another candle wax however this time macro, crop, hue/sat, sharpen and then equalised and inverted... Framed...

Amazing how the depth of wax builds and creates a life all it's own... I am totally enjoying the play... :)epecially now the 5700 is working fine...

Thanks Liz... Must admit in not knowing what the outcome of snapping wax would be... So, was nice suprise to discover another *world* without actually going out the door... LOL...

You could say I'm intrigued by this simple play... well, just a little... Have a few variations on the theme I'm playing with...

Appreciate your comment... :)

Ahh, at first glance I wasn't sure what it was, but it sure looked interesting..there is a great feeling of being under water in this one, and it sure is an amazing shot.

Thank you kindly Giuseppe... I really appreciate your comment... :)

Nature I love,(even my middle name is Rose) but, when time is in short supply it is amazing what presents itself for discovery... :)

Our imaginations can take us anywhere... and for me the wax presents so many different avenues not seen when looking at the creamy white original form...

I am a naturalist Leonie, but this abstract has lights and shades, colours, depth really beautiful to look at. Excellent!
Ciao.

Thanks kindly Joggie... Will try the blue filter suggestion ~~GRIN~~... I am open and welcome to all tips and hints on the learning trail...

The wax fascinates me... As kids we were encouraged to use our imaginations... what do you see in that leaf, rock or the clouds etc... so PS for me is just an extension of that imagination... Mind, it doesn't mean everyone else has the same vision which is the way it should be... ~~GRIN~~...

Well Leonie - this is very creative in idea and execution! At first glance it seems like an image of an iceberg under water with the walls of the iceberg sculpted by the sea. I think by adding some blue filter to the toip part you may well enhance that illusion even further. Great work.
