About	Does anyone here remember a lovely little story about a man who, deep in a remote jungle, discovers and falls in love with a beautiful girl who has green skin and violet eyes and speaks a language like birdsong? It is driving me crazy that I cannot remember the name of this story!

shirley - i can't remember the story but will ask my mom (a YA librarian!)...it looks to me more like a selkie, but i love those stories. excellent!! one of my faves!!

Oh my, Shirley!

You asked a question that is now driving me crazy too as I do remember something about this or a similar story!!!
Even an old black and white movie with this familiar theme comes to mind, but not its title!!!

Either way, Dear Shirley, this work is a masterpiece!!! You are extremely talented my friend, and so creative and imaginative, with a great technique to create. Many can imagine, but not so many can "produce"...
