PS: You could layer in photoshop the in-focus image over the fog and reduce the opacity of the in-focus layer as much as needed to get the best of both worlds!

I guess it could have been the "emperors new clothes"..... :)
But actually it's a strange photo - the further back from the monitor that I go the more I can see. I won't show the in-focus version because I like it as it is. Perhaps I'm regressing to early childhood - but then I am looking forward to Christmas.
