Gil, I really like the scene as a whole. The perspective, colors, and tones are terrific. The problem I have is that the sky and seascape look like they came from different photos. My suggestion, and I mocked up an example below, would be to give a blurry effect to the seascape. I used a small amount of linear blur and then adjusted the contrast slightly. You may disagree, but I think it gives the entire photo the feel of a whole rather than two separate parts.
But still, yours is a really fine effort.
