One of my favourite shots from our latest Northumberland Lights, & maybe the last event until next year.
May have been the last, but without a doubt the best, especially since at this venue we could get right up close with the cameras & finally managed to catch up with the organisers of this event for a chat... there will be plenty more photos to follow.
Main thing I like about this one is the trick the lights have played (no PS trickery here!), the viaduct behind the castle has been illuminated by a roaming spotlight,(only just by chance I clicked at the right moment to catch this one) giving the impression it has been shot in B&W, whereas the main colours are being caught on Edlingham Castle... as per title... Colourful Past.
