I think this is an excellent shot, Dave. You've captured the fun of the "race" but also created a nice artistic image. I particularly like that trace of slope in the snow and the hint of vegetation, but with no other distractions in the background.

Well I like snow but just for a day or so, there was one time when the weather men said we would get a light dusting over night, but we got 10 inches, but that has been about 10 years ago. about 5 years a go, we had a bad ice strom and the electric was off for 10 days, other than that the weather is pretty good hear.

Thanks, Michele... actually, D is very slow, as are all Great Danes. He watches the other dogs chase and get bunnies out here... but with D, the bunnies give him a head start and he still can't catch them... (which is good, I don't want him eating bunnies.)

Looks like the dogs don't know it is cold, looks like they are haveing a good time, looks like the snow is deep. I think it is a great action shot, excellent job.
