do you calculate the 'hyperfocal' thingy, or just guess where to focus? either way, it worked well. can i ask where you focused, if you remember to give me a better idea?

Doyle: interesting question about a 5 to 10s exposure. I was increasing the length as it got increasingly dark because my thoughts were focussed on capturing the trails of vehicle lights on the roads.

Wow - a palace of culture . . . but they let YOU in??? Hehehehee. I like it John. I wonder if 5 to 10 seconds might have cut down on the lower bright section of the high rise though. Who knows, huh? Beautiful work overall and no nagging tidbits to offer on this one. Pretty much excellent exposure. :)
