Posted as a CC image, here, I'd say that it's a photo of the boat against the backdrop. So given that, I'd crop on the larger photo placing the boat almost entirely on the bottom half. One of the things it is suggested people do in shooting these is not to shoot straight on horizontally, but rather at something of an angle to the face of fountain/falls.
