Beautiful exposure and nice framing of the stream subject, Shirley. I suggest slightly burning in the top left farground - just for the sake of tonal balance. Eb

I always like to look at the result of a long exposure on water, it has such a soothing effect! Unfortunately I have no creeks in the nearness, so I have gawk at yours! Beautiful! (sigh) YT

This is my kind of place. I love this shot. I can hear the water and feel the solitude. Nice job, the long exposure is a great choice. 1 or 2 seconds? Well done.

No, not near its headwaters, Dave. It does widen and get larger further on, but never nearly as large as the Columbia. This is in the Vanduzer Forest.
Thank you so very much, Dave!:)

You know, Shirley, I've heard of Salmon River before but I always assumed it was fairly large, kind of like the Columbia. Is this near its headway or something?
Anyway, another beautiful long exposure of the water with awesome fall colors.
