About Another group of peaks, the Grosser Spannort, and this time there's no easy way up. But even from lower altitudes the peaks look so impressive!

Oh, and no, the photo doesn't need to be rotated. The peaks really seem to stand skew. (See the trees.)

Jesus! A rebel! Or was that... Jesus the rebel?

Before the cold white

The truth matrix was scarce

A time dependent fingerprint

The light will do the rest

I won't take that long way home

House and garden

Going down town

The structure of fatigue

Under that umbrella

Yes, Andre, what we perceive as "mystical" is the funny statement: "Hallo microbes!" ;-)

It can really give us such a nice shock from the inside...

But to me, it is a very healthy shock! It helps find again the right relation of my own unimportance in relation to the world. Only in this unimportance I can find real importance, thinking something like: "Hey, if I survived as such a microbe, then I can have good hopes that I'll do well further on".

Stay well,

Nick

Thanks a lot Joe! They are indeed ski lift towers, as you can see on the schematic attachment. Behind the "official" ski region there is only wilderness - some very very good skiers go there but one should be really damned good freak of ski for that place. And after that you have the slopes and those peaks of Gross Spannort. Like teeth really.

Have a nice weekend,

Nick

Beautiful rugged countryside you are showing off here Nick! These images remind me of my trips to the Canadian Rockies. There is something very mystical about mountains. They make you see just how small we are. It's no wonder people go to the tops to meditate.

Beautiful capture Nick. That's a very rugged landscape. Are those ski lift towers in the bottom right? Great composition and execution. Thanks for sharing.
Have a great day.

Joe
