After seeing the original, I can tell that you have a very creative mind. There aren't too many people who could have seen the image of the moth in the frost. Very nicely done!

Yes, it is a photoshopped image. I rotated an image and then cropped out the section I wanted. Next, I cleaned out spots and adjusted the exposure. I then made a duplicate and reversed it, and combined the two on one "canvas", and then rotated the whole thing vertically. I'm attaching the original image here.
