See many of these around where we are Joggie... :)
We are in the middle of an irrigation area, some citrus but mostly stone fruits, pears included, plus wine region... The orchards/vinyards were hit by very late, sudden frosts in December... Many orchardists lost majority of their crops...
We often forget from where, and how hard the labor is to produce what we serve and enjoy at the table...
