Hi Barry,
First of all, sorry to hear about your dad passing away. I lost my dad four years ago. Secondly of all, your photography is just incredible. I just went through your entire portfolio and could spend the entire day rating you excellent on all of them. Not a stinker in the bunch. What a great creative genius you have for taking ordinary things and making very beautiful creations from them. All I have is some very horny lawn chairs. But I will disagree with you on one point. As not there being things to photograph where you live. There is wonder and beauty and just "neat" photo-ops everywhere. Granted, I live in a great place to take photographs, but in being here, I miss what you have found in your own home. If I were you, I would think (and perhaps you have) of marketing some of your work. I know of one buyer for sure. Keep up the good work.

Congrats on POD designation- well deserved for your continuous creativity. I need to try taking some indoor studio shots like yours- it's -10 degrees outside today and there's no way I'm going to freeze my fingers off with my usual outdoor shots.

I love this. As intended, my eye is drawn up and down the image, endlessly. I think the decision to have the ribbon enter the image at the bottom but terminate at the top makes a huge difference. Fabulous composition.
