About	In 2002 I went to Cornwall for the first time to visit my friend Rachel who I hadn't seen for 3 years since she moved back home from London. I loved Rachel from afar... I felt as if Cornwall's beauty had been transfered into her and she carried it with her wherever she went. This photo always reminds me of the happy day we spent walking around St Ives in the sun... I marvelled at the quality of the light there, the incandescent glow... I fell in love with Cornwall that day and with Rachel all over again...

This is wonderful... The scene is vast, gentle, relaxed, carefree and yes, romantic in a very uncomplicated way...:)

A beautiful water colour as befits something so light... but then again painted in oils on a giant canvas would be just as pleasing...:)

Hope you and Rachel are still friends...:) Your about is very sweet...
