Beautiful shot. How'd you get the clouds to co-operate? When I was flying helicopters, we had one of these transports trawling around the airport periodically, spitting out parachutists doing low level jumps. They can fly at 4 miles per hour. (exaggeration, almost) :)
Money well spent.

Thanks Heath, we had a fantastic day. The 5D went very well - although I was shooting beside my friend Jason with his 1D MkII and the speed difference was really obvious. (hearing the shutter) Hope you're well :)

This shot is such a wonderful rule-of-thirds example, Peta, especially with the dark band of cloud across the top.
Isn't it amazing that something that HUGE manages to fly at ALL?
